In 2014 we founded our print shop at Reclamstraße 51. Out of nine years seven have been burdened by the struggle with changing landlords. The tenants of the flats are still fighting for their rights (entmietung51.de).
Commercial leases are subject to freedom of contract. There are no restrictions on what is agreed, which means there are no tenant protections – Keep this in mind when you enter into such contracts. We were only able to stay for so long because we had a lawyer for the conclusion of the rental agreement.
We did not move out by choice, but taking the best with us: our ideas, your orders and the memory of all the good encounters.
We have arrived in Knauthain with the best help and support and are happy to stay here.
